Get Fey To The City Achievement In GTA IV?

I got all pigeons, stunts, all random characters, and beat storyline

I have 96.67% total completion

it says on cheatcc that that I have to beat a friend at every activity in the game, and it does NOT include Roman or Dwayne

I beat them at all pool, darts, and bowling. Do I have to take them to strip clubs and shows to get it???

okay first of all dont use cheatcc anymore. use this website-http://www.gta4.tv/100percent.php its perfect and makes everything really easy, its what i used and i got 100%. sounds like your missing alot. yes you have to take all remaining characters besides roman and dwayne to all what they like, the list is in the website i showed you. you need to do the little jacob drug missions and the stevie car missions and those police missions and the brucie car missions, just look at the website it will give you everything you need. oh and also you need to beat the high score in cub3d - fun game.
