Get It Now on Verizon?

Question

i'm logged on to my account on verizonwireless.com

and i'm trying to buy a game online

but it says that i blocked the get it now content

and to go to my verizon and unblock it online

how can i do that?

where exactly do i go?

Do the following:

From the Verizon Wireless homepage at http://vzw.com scroll over the red My Verizon icon and click on My Personal, My Prepay, or My Business Account...whichever you are. If no drop down box comes up when you scroll over the My Verizon icon, click it.

Then enter your User ID & Password.

Then click on the My Services tab from the My Verizon overview page which should load when you logged in.

Then under the red bar that says My Cell Phone (on the side) click My Plan. Then scroll down until you see a bold header that says Additional Features. Review those and see if you have any of the following blocks active: "Block Mobile Web, Block Application Downloads, or a National Access Block." If you have any of those active, follow the steps below, if you do not see any of those, contact Verizon Wireless at 1-800-922-0204.

Now under the bold header that says Additional Features, click the blue or purple text (on the side of the area) that says Add/Remove Features.

Scroll down on the page that loads until you see something that says Block Services (should be near the top area). The browse and find the one that is active and move the bubble over to remove.

Then scroll down and click the red background box that says Continue. It should be near the bottom. It may ask you to confirm or whatever, just follow on screen prompts from here and try your online download again.

In reality, all the online download will do is send you a text message with the link to buy and download it from Get it Now on your phone.

You can also contact Verizon Wireless and have them remove the block at 1-800-922-0204
