Get More Energy During Practice?

first day of two-a-days and FIRST ever two-a-days..

thankfully i made it, and gave 100%...that was first session..

i got second session coming up in 2 hours...i just wanna be energetic..

like wen we were running plays...while the other kids got to knee down...i had to hold the bags and get knocked like 10 times...i got a little whoozy, and tired...at these moments. wat should i do?

  1. Drink a lot of water in between practices.  Stay away from anything that is salty or full of sugar.  Like coke and, sad to say, Gatorade.  The energy you get from caffeine and high fructose corn syrup is short-term, and will eventually make you feel more tired.

    For food, I would think keeping it simple would be best.  Avoid salty fast food and eat beef, chicken, pasta, and green vegetables.    


  2. drink water, eat carbs.. and take a nap in between.... ugh i got a second session myslef in 2 hours as well...

  3. just keep giving 100% and before you go to your second practice make sure to drink a lot of water before you go...your second practice will probably be a little easier than your first because they know you are already tired from the first practice.

  5. honestly i coach football and after practice drink chocolate milk studies have shown its better than gator aide dont drink it before get through the first day is the hardest
