I'm 5'10 and I weigh 122 pounds. I want to get a body like Jessica Alba. I kind of resemble Blake Lively more than Jessica Alba though. Right now I'm following a exercise tape called "Lotte Berk" which is kind of like pilates/yoga. I'm planning to do that for 30 minutes a day, and maybe walk/bike/run for half an hour a day.
