Get a clearer face in 3 days?

I am not looking for a miracle in 3 days. I don't have horrible acne. I wouldn't even consider it acne. I just have small bumps on my face that I woulds like to get rid of or make them less visible in 3 days.

I use Noxzema daily cleanser and Noxzema deep cleanser?

ow often should I use these to make sure my face clear. The bottle say twice a day, but will it work if I use it more.

Without buying anything, what can I do to make my face clearer in days?

Will water work? Do I have to drink less water or a specific amount?
