how do you level the paver blocks for a round abouve ground swimming pool?

Put down a good lime rock base and compact it, then cover with sand and by using 3 long strait edges and a level to get a flat and level surface. Place a strait edge level on the edge of your work area then place another one across from your first one using you third strait edge to get level with your first one now you can run the third strait edge over the top of the fixed strait edges to get a level surface to lay your pavers and repeat until done. Now around the edge mix concrete and form a tapered curb from the top of the paver to hold in place when dry then cover with sand and work the sand into the joints with a broom and run a compactor over finished product. This is how the big boys do it on houses we build here in south Florida.
