Get attention OFF my glasses?

Question

Ok so I guess that somehow I got a warped cornea from

my contacts. My eye doctor told me I can only wear my

glasses. I don't like my glasses or the way they look on me,

and in school everyone's gonna be like "New glasses?

Soo cute!" and lies like that when I' ve had glasses forever.

Is there any way I can speed this up or maybe take the

attention away from my glasses? Wahh I'm seriously gonna cry =[

It depends on what is wrong with your eyes if you can get new glasses, because sometimes you may need them for the rest of your life. Also Black plastic glasses look really cute, plus they match everything that you wear! I wear glasses if you can't tell already.

If you get some new cheaper glasses, like the ones with the thick side frames, preferably black, everyone will not actually lie about your glasses and how good it looks. Lay low for a while, i'm sure  no one will notice quite away.

I think first off you should level with people and tell them what's happened with you.I wouldn't worry about what everyone else thinks,in fact I think your peers will be accepting of you because glasses are in style nowadays.Secondly,if you are unhappy with your current glasses,you should think about getting a different pair that you think might suit you better.It's not the end of the world if you have to wear glasses,it's a setback that's going to make you stronger and more confident in the end.Trust me!
