Get caught with kssn(korean social security number)?

i want to play a game that needs kssn to register but im not korean...i heard that if i use someone elses kssn i will get caught and get put in prison.

i live in canada now, do u think if i use a fake/someone elses kssn will i get caught?

It's highly unlikely that the Korean government would even be aware you'd done it, and even if they somehow were made aware, it would be extremely unlikely they would want to waste the money to persue it. Also, your safe in Canada, the Canadian government have no juristiction over an offence that has broken Korean laws and thus the only thing Canada could do is comply with Korea and send you there for trail, should Korea request that. The Canadian government would be very unlikely to comply should this ever happen.

But this is all hypothetical, in reality, it is extremely unlikely, maybe even impossbile that something would come of it and in my opinion, you're entirely safe to do so.
