Get error message and locks up when I try to e-mail tech support?

Error: "Encountered an error in gathering information about your system." Then locks up, losing the question info I have typed in.

If you try to email them through Jukebox, there maybe many different reasons. See some here:

Also try choosing one of the link's six options to contact Customer Care.

The Technical Support form uses ActiveX to pull diagnostic information from your computer. Make sure you are using Internet Explorer and have your Browser configured correctly.
