i wanna be on my h.s. bball team but i need to get faster, help pleasee

  1. back shrubs.

    you run back wards pushing very hard.

    it will increase the span in your run.

    i play softball, and we HAVE to be VERY quick.


  2. attach rollerblades to ur basketball shoes

  3. Start running bro. Do these special sprints; go for a two mile jog, but after one minute passes, speed up your running tempo to almost a sprint for 15-30 sec, then return to your initial jogging tempo. Rest for one minute, then keep repeating the cycle. This will give you sick endurance and boost your sprint. If you complete this workout you will be a beast.

  4. Run in sand

  5. Doing ladder drills have helped me get quicker. You can also run with a parachute from SPARQ or put weights on your leg.

  6. exercise a lot and hopefully you don't smoke and just practice practice practice

  7. do a lot of suicides

  8. work out on making lean muscle.

    and S T R E T C H cos it'll actually help you grow out a bit
