1 - take a shower and use a lot of soap and one of those mesh bath scrub things to scrub yourself real well.

My grandson worked with fibreglass for years and he always dusted talcum powder over his skin  then lightly brushed it off with a soft clothesbrush. His employer said to Never rub it off with any sort of cloth as it only rubs into your skin. Once brushed off, you can safely shower.   cheers     :)
