I'm 17, 6'2 210lbs. I want to play college roller hockey. I believe it is a club team. I have a few months to get in shape, and I play at a local rink once or twice a week. I belong to a gym and I'm looking for workouts to strengthen legs and increase endurance. I've been playing for about 10 years on and off. Any suggestions will help alot, Thanks.
