Get into shape for volleyball camp?!

okay so are school tryouts started in june and i already made the team and are summer league ended july 25,

and since then i haven't really been working out

so what are some exercises that can kinda just like get my ready for camp on the 18th of August

  1. There are several ways to get you into shape for volleyball camp.  If your school has a weight room, try doing squats, dead lifts, calve raises, and several shoulder workouts such as incline dumbell raises and any other workouts that deal with shoulders and legs.  Those will be your most important muscles.  

    You should also run regularly.  I know some friends that are in volleyball camp and they make you run a lot.  Run about 1-2 miles every other day so you can also have days of rest.  What I do is lift weights on MWF, then Tuesday and Thursday I would run a few miles.  

    Don't forget about nutrition.  Always eat breakfast lunch and dinner.  Skipping meals will inihibit your body to grow and get stronger.  On top of that, you will grow weak and fatigue.  Eat a lot and work out a lot and you will see improvement on your fitness.
