Question:

Get myself to look more muscular then fat?

Well, I am pretty chubby I have a stomach and all.

But like, I'm actually really built up, I have my hands that look fine, all I'm going to do is tighten the muscles for the next 6 months which such work out fine.

My calfs and quads are big too (just going to tighten them up as well) from all of the sports that I play (Lessons in tennis, soccer&basketball like everyday for fun) and used to do (karate & kickboxing)

Like the only problem I really see is my stomach, like my friend was like, Yo, lemme see something. And I'm like alrighty, and he pokes my stomach and he's like wow "wtf" you just have like one big a** ab.

And I'm like yea, I can't get rid of the belly portion, so it looks like I'm pretty chubby when I'm actually pretty built..

Suggestions please?

(I eat healthy almost all of the time, there are days where I might go out with a group of friends and get like pizza or something, but that's not really common)

  2. seriously maybe you need to just tone it down a bit cause when you get to bilt you get BIG an girls are scared of big.....

  3. Workout more, just do more exercise nd u will burn the fat and gain muscle, its simple.

    Also, swap chocolate bars for a piece of fruit ect.

  6. First off  I am going to guess you have run into the same mentality most young guys do.

    You workout at the gym doing weights but do little to no cardio. In time you will look like those fat guys in the strongest man competitions. They are strong but look like c**p.

    You need to forget all that you know about eating and working out and find a trainer. Find one that looks similar to what you want to look like. Listen to them and do it….even if you disagree.

    Can't get a trainer -

    I can tell you right now your eating too much and your not doing enough cardio. Start running, cycling or using the elliptical machines at the gym. 45 minutes 3 days a week. Keep your heart rate at 145ish the entire time.

    no matter how much muscle you have or don't have reduce calories...your eating too much. Even if you think your not. There is undisputed evidence around your waist.
