Question:

Get ready for cross country?

I'm in track now and I'm a mid-distance runner. (I run the 400 in about 64 sec. and i'm a freshman.) But I'm much better at long distance, but there is another freshman who does long distance who usually runs a 5:10 mile. As of now I run a 5:25. How can I train so I can compete with her, and be ready for cross country in the fall?
