Get rid of a bruise fast?

I there a way to get rid of bruises fast? I have a pretty bad one on my shin from a drunken fall and I would like it to be gone asap without having to use half a bottle of cover up. any advice?

ummm, well your body does all the work, i guesstimate that you can help it out with drinking water, good nutrition helps healing and maybe a heating pack

If it's less than 48 hours old, ice can help limit the severity of the bruise. If it's older than that, you could try arnica creams. Available at pretty much any pharmacy, they're supposed to help heal bruises faster.

If you use aswab of pure Witch Hazel on it as soon as you did it, then use Arnica cream after that - it will be 60% less than normal bruising.

It's not too late to apply Arnica cream on it - 3 or 4 times a day.

If you were going for surgery at any time take arnica tablets before and after - works well.
