Get rid of a sick bird?

ok o i found a sick bird on my porch what do i do throw it off trap it then put it out what help. hurry .thankyou

I think you should put the bird into a small, open shoebox with food and water. You should also call your local wildlife rehabbers or the nearest Avian Vet. They should come and help you.
