Get rid of zits in 3 days..?

I got about 4 zits and I need them gone by wednesday, I usually use zineryt but its out of date and I have a zit on my lip. Any suggestions?

You can pick up a cleanser (I recommend Clearsil or Clean and Clear.), that will probably work in three days, but for a quick fix, try alternating hot and cold pressure on the zit. It will help bring it to a small, poppable head.
