Whatever you do dont put makeup on it or anything like that as it will probably end up making it worse. You need to find a moisturiser that is water based and not thick. Also go to the baby section in the super market and look for baby bath milk. These have natural oils in them and when your in the bath they release them and it will soothe the skin. You cant really get rid of sunburn fast. Its your bodies way of getting rid of dead skin, if you try and force it on to fast you could scar or even make it last longer.
