Get water, but no ice

Question

I have verified that there is water fed to the refridgerator, but ther is no ice being made; what should done, Help!!I have a Frigidaire FR23W3A Side-by-Side Refrigerator. The freezer is cold the water is dispensing cold but NO ice. I took the ice holder out cleaned it to make sure it was not frozen. Also chec the position of the arm. Still no ice.

Please HELP!!!
