Not 100% sure but look in the following.

1.  Look in Start > Control Panel > add and remove programs and look in the list to see if it is installed there.

2. Hit Start > Run and type msconfig and follow to the startup tab and see if it is listed in there. I will provide a web site that is very good at letting you know if you need certain programs running just type them in the search and follow instructions it will speed your system up ....smiles ....the first site explains msconfig and the second searches your inputs you copy from your start up tab to see if you need them or not.
