Geting rid of body fat?!?!?

i have stomach and leg fat..

but when school starts in 3 days i will be in volleyball so i will be doing a lot of running.

but is there any other excersises to help lose the fat besides crunches?

i dont want to get muscular i want to get LEAN!

  1. well your not going to lose alot of weight in 3 days...but try leg lifts...I run stadium stairs. Good luck


  2. crunches will help you lose inches, not fat. the best way to lose fat is to eat healthy and do cardio exercises like walking, running, rollerblading, swimming, biking, etc.

  5. Yes. Swimming works every muscle in your body. It's guranteed to tone every part of you. Try to find a local swimming pool or go to the beach once a week.
