i wanna move away with my boyfriend...where should it be?i like to 'smoke', and i want there to be a good social sceene and english speaking...im only 18 so where should i go!?a new start or maybe just a break for a year...i dont want to be spending ridiculous amounts of money or struggling for a job!

hey, the world doesn't owe you anything.  How else will you make your way in life without being a leech if you don't go out and 'struggle for a job'?

I suppose if you are willing to settle for, say, living out of your car and snacking out of dumpsters....and well, kiss the shower good-bye...it doesn't matter if you don't want to struggle for a job.  It is not easy ANYWHERE to support yourself.  Anywhere you go in the world there will be people who want it, need it, more than you do and will compete with you -- and win -- if you are not willing to struggle.

The next twenty or thirty years will be over with before you know it.  It's faster than you can even imagine at age 18.  Where do you want to end up when you are 50?  Don't squander your youth, good looks, and good health by living so carelessly.
