I will be in Paris from 24th to 27th Apr. Please advise if I miss out any other tourist hotspots in Paris.

Eiffel Tour, Monmarte, Pantheon, St Germaine, Notre Dame, Arch De Triomphe, Place De La Concorde, Louvre, Champs-Elysées & Seine River.

Will start of with Eiffel Tower & am taking the Metro to Bir Hakim station. Could anyone in here advise the followings :

How do I get to Monmarte from Eiffel Tower?

How do I get to Champs-Elysées after Eiffel Tower?

How do I get to Monmarte from Champs-Elysées?

How do I get to Notre Dame from Champs-Elysées?

Can I get to Pere-Lachaise via Metro?

Merci beacoup!

  1. Bonjour!

I travelled over to Paris in October and travelled by foot to most locations. May be worth checking out a map on google. The Metro (underground train) was available but we chose not to take it.

Also worth checking out is the Centre Pompidou - a really funky art gallery/museum.

    Au revoir!

  2. If you're going to Paris, take a good supply of body bags.

  3. To Montmartre from Eiffel Tower:

Get RER C at Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel, direction Vitry sur Seine.  At Invalides, change to metro ligne 13 direction St. Denis Universite.  At Place de Clichy, change to metro ligne 2 direction Nation.  Get off at Pigalle or Anvers.

To Champs Elysees from Eiffel Tower:

Get RER C at Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel, direction Vitry sur Seine.  At Invalides, change to metro ligne 13 direction St. Denis Universite.  Go one stop, to Champs Elysees Clemenceau, and get off.

    To Montmartre from Champs Elysees:

At Champs Elysees Clemenceau, get on metro ligne 13 direction St. Denis Universite. At Place de Clichy, change to metro ligne 2 direction Nation.  Get off at Pigalle or Anvers.

To Notre Dame from Champs Elysees:

At Champs Elysees Clemenceau, get on metro ligne 1, direction Chateau de Vincennes.  At Chatelet, change to metro ligne 4 direction Porte d'Orleans.  Go one stop, and get off at Cite.

Yes, Pere Lachaise has it's own stop on metro ligne 3.
