i want to broaden my shoulders a little and make my forearms slightly bigger but i dont to really focus on anywhere else on my body...any tips on how to do this?

how long does it take to get six pack abs normally?

PS. My Body Type: I'm 5'8 and about 130 pounds

  1. well i always recomended working the whole body throughout the week.. 2 muscles per workout..

    well to get a sixpack u have to have low body fat, and be consistent with cardio, and eat a very good diet... its all in the diet!

    40 - 60 mins 4 times a week with weights

    20 - 30 mins of cardio

    snack 5 - 6 times per day high protein/medium carbs
