Getting In shape without running?

Hey. I'm 15 years old and i have preseason in about two weeks. Ive been conditioning and it was going great, until i had some groin pain. I cant run, but i still have to get in shape if i want to play varsity. Is it possible?

  1. buy an airbike.I lost 20 pounds in amonth and a hlf.


  2. You can bike and swim. Both are great exercises.

  3. jump rope

    it gets you in shape in half the time

  4. You can jump rope, buy a stationary bike, or you can do push ups and crunches.

  5. Bike, swim, jump rope, workout at the gym.
