Getting Internet for other PC with router?

Question

I have a 2Wire Wireless Gateway (wireless router with modem) that is also AT&T Yahoo! High Speed Internet. I want my other PC to get High speed internet also. So I have a DYNEX Wireless G USB Network Adapter. I installed it on the other PC. Its not recieving the internet. What shold I do to fix this.

Is the PC receiving a signal? (go to Control panel>>Network Connections>>Right click the 'Wireless Network Connection' and choose 'View Available Wireless Networks')

If no, check that the card was recognized by viewing it in Device Manager.

If yes, does it say 'connected'?

configure the wifi adapter to attach to the ssid for your 2wire router.  if you do not have this info, login to your 2wire router from a wired connection.
