Getting Items From ITCG cards for Maplestory?

Ok well.I see people getting items from cards for Maplestory call ITCG Cards.I dont know how but i see people getting Expensive and Rare items from the cards Like Say the very expensive Narcain Jewel or the Taru Totem items from these cards.I dont know how they get those expensive items im just asking to see if they get those items from the ITCG cards.I also would like to know if you can tell me where to buy ITCG cards?
