Getting Married. (Dress Help)?

Question

Hey all. I am getting married in December. I have been shopping for dresses for a long time now. I have it narrowed down to three dress. I love all three. What do you all think.

I like A - the halter.  You won't have to be pulling it up all the time.  The salesperson will tell you that you don't have to worry about it, but I have never, never been to a wedding that the bride of the strapless dress isn't seen pulling up on the top.  You shouldn't have to worry about that, just have fun.

I absolutely love number one! I haven't seen anyone post it before - the lace is just lovely, and I love the straps.

A.  Lovely dress - and another answer made a really good point in saying that it is good because you won't be pulling it up all through the wedding.  (all brides that i have seen wear a strapless dress have problems all through their wedding and have to keep tightening and pulling it up - too much hastle if you ask me!)

B.  Wow - what a delicate lovely dress.  I really do love this one!  But it is strapless so you will have to take that into account.

C.  Eh - sorry but this one doesn't do anything for me.  It's nice - but it doesn't have the wow factor of the other two.  It's just a bit boring to me cause I've seen similar dresses to this one a million times before.

Try and think of it in terms of the style of wedding you are having.  Is it in a garden or in a church?  I think the first one is more suited for a church with the longer train while the second one is great for an elegant outdoor wedding with the softness of the skirt and all.  (Mind you, you could still get away with either dress in either situation!)

Try and also think of what suits your style better.  And whether you want to keep it in your style or make it a bit different than normal.  (For example, if you are generally a strapless kind of girl and wear a lot of soft colours and delicate clothes then you will probably feel very comfortable in the second dress.  By the same token, you may wish to make a bit of a statement for your wedding and come in something that people wouldn't expect from you - which would be the first dress....)

Wow.  Those are all beautiful!  

Which one did you try on first that you kinda keep going back to?  That's the one you should go with.  

I also think you should pick the one you think is more "classic" and not too trendy so you're not embarassed when you look at pictures in 20 years.

I personally like the 3rd dress but you have said with the 2nd that you think its way cuter on then in the pic so doesnt that mean that your gut is telling you that dress? Just a thought but i do like the 3rd.

The second is one of my favorites. I love it!

I like the 3rd one, totally. I dont like the lace bit at the bottom of the first one, and I dont like the halter neck bit (I think the lace looks old fashioned, but a halter neck is more current - I just think they dont go together too well)

The second one is nice, but I dont really like pick up skirts.  

The third one is beautiful and I like the detail at the front :) It just looks much more beautiful than the others.

I love the second one. Not too crazy about the third one. The first one is nice, but halter tops are hard for some people to pull off. It really depends on your body type and what looks good on you.

I really like the second one but you should know in your heart which one is "the one"

When I was looking for mine my mum and I had this thing called a "gasp" moment. We knew we would know the dress coz it would take both of our breathes away. Did you have anything similar with any of these dresses.
