Getting Mirena on friday and scared.?

Question

On friday I am going to my OB/GYN for my 6 week post check-up and also to have Mirena IUD inserted and I'm a little scared 1. that its going to hurt and 2. that it is going to s***w my body up.( i have read lots of horror stories)

So I was wondering your Mirena experience if it hurt, how you like/liked it and your side effects

I had the mirena put in and now its lost inside of me and the doctors keep s******g around with me. DON'T get it. Do something else, its horrible. i have been bleeding since i got it almost 4 months ago and its been floating inside for at least a month. Take it from me, don't get it.
