Getting My Car Back from salvage yard help plzzz. thx !

Ok, I loved my 1993 Ford Probe Gt to death and had lotssss of time workin on it and money. well the motor started knocking so i parked it in a shell gas staion and found out the motor locked up after i parked it and i would have to replace it. on top of that it was wrecked terribly from the rear end from a drunk driver that never paid for it. well i let the guy in the gas station know im gonna be back in about 3 days to pick it up and he said it was kool that i could leave it their i came back 5 days later and it had been towed away and i let it stay in the impound for 62 days and they sent it to a junk yard april 12th 2007. i was wondering if i went to the junk yard and found my babe could i get her back or is she gone for good or could i some how buy her back from the salvage yard and get a rebuilt title and about how much would it all cost JUST to get her back home with the title. ??? if its not already squashed or stripped......;(( plzzz help !

I doubt that you can get it back.  It's probably now a part of several new cars that have just been built.  spell check

Sorry, but you say the motor is shot and it's damaged heavily in the rear, I say let it go and move on. You can replace it with a good, straight runner for less than what it will cost to get yours back and fix it.

If the title isn't in your name, it's not your car.  Period.  Sorry.

Did you knot get a letter saying that they have your car and you had ten(10) days to pick it up are they would sale it.By law they should had done this if not you might have something working for you to bargain with at the salvage yerd when you go to try and get it back.
