Getting OLD marriage records from Pennsylvania

Can anyone give me the place to get OLD Marriage records for the state of Pittsburg from 1890 area? Im looking for the one for Eli S. Woolfan and Bessie Bloom. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I have ALL other info on them but JUST need this record.

  1. Contact the county courthouse in which they were married.  For a small fee they will make a copy for you or you can get a certified copy for a little more.  Some couples never picked up their marriage certificates and the courthouse might still have it, looking to give it to a family member.

  3. Marriage records for Allegheny County are available back to 1885. Use the address below. The folks there are very helpful and very speedy in replying. I've gotten a lot of records from them.

  4. You might try contacting the Western Pennsylvania Genealogical Society. They have arrival records for an Eli S. Woolfan in Pittsburg, and might be willing to do a look-up for you, or at least point you in the right direction.
