We are moving into a new flat and want to get both or home phone and broadband through Orange (Orange home max option) as this is cheaper than keeping the phone line with BT.Will Orange need the BT phone number of the flat or is it enough that there is a phone line set up in the flat even if this was desactivated by previous tenants? Reason I'm asking is because we're in a hurry to get everything up and running. If we have to ask BT to reconnect the line of the flat before we can contact Orange this will add additional days.Has anyone got any experience of this? Any tips ?Many thanks in advance
