  1. well here is no cold and u can achieve a great tan but make sure u put sunblock to prevent red coloring n ache. u can still achieve a great tan if u add sunblock.

dont spend all ur time sunbathing...get n the water and play volleyball or walk arouund but im warning u  dont go into the sun without block k???????

hope u hae tons of fun man!

  2. have lots of fun under the sun ... they sale home made coco nut oil and is great for tanning ...enjoy your vacation

  3. Congrats for going!  You will have the BEST time.  If you want a nice, rich tan, get Bain de Soleil Orange Gelee in your local drugstore.  It's a few dollars more than regular sunscreens but will give you the most golden rich tan ever.  I've used this since I was young and it keeps your tan lasting weeks after you leave.  Also always wear it when you are outdoors as it has protective sunscreen.  You will need this as the sun is very strong over there.  Take lip sunscreen also so your lips do not get chapped.   Are you staying in San Pedro?  If so, ask about Madonna - they idolize her there.  She sang the song, "La Isla Bonita" after that island.

    Enjoy!

  4. I don't think it is safe, and I definitely don't recommend it, but this is what some people do in Panama:  take a baby oil bottle, and fill it with grated carrot and cinnamon.  You get a beautiful color, but it is not safe and I repeat, don't do it.  :-)

  5. Just enjoy yourself on the beach and swim a lot. The salt water and salt air gives a fabulous colour. If you stay active on the beach by walking and playing volleyball, water sports, etc, you will develop a nice tan.

Wear good sun tanning lotion with good suncreen ALL the time (in the water, once you get out of the water) but you can put on some olive oil on top of it. Olive oil is healthy for your skin and may give a deep colour. (but make sure you wear the sunscreen!)...but this is not a guarantee.

Be careful not to use baby oil! That will hurt you BADLY.

    Enjoy your trip!
