Getting Weird Discharge?

i have had normal clear/white discharge an recenlty been getting stringy browish colored discharge, is this normal? I havent gotten my period yet, could this be it?

Yes. That is normal. I have been getting the same thing lately it is NOT your period. It is old blood and some uterus lining. This means your period is on your way. Wear pads.

This has happened to me as well. It usually happens when my depo shot is wearing off and have not had my period in a really long time. If you are on certain birth control this can be the cause, or it can be just the beginning of your period after a long time.
