Getting a 90 hour childcare certificate?

I live in Maryland, how do i go about getting the certificate? I've looked on many different college's websites, but I'm not finding anything. If someone has expierence in this field and can tell me what I need to do, it would be appreciated.

children r more than just 90 hours...contact your local social service office.  they should be ready to assist u
