Getting a belly button piercing hurt?

im a boy and i like 2 be creative and different than most other people

and im getting 1 next year so i was just wondering if it does or not?

I got mine when I was fourteen,

and I didn't think it hurt at all.

after the procedure,

sitting in the car,

that was a little uncomfortable.

I have a high pain tolerance though,

and I've heard others say it's really painful.

it all depends on how you take pain.

but personally, it wasn't bad at all.

yes it does hurt. if your deal with pain well it wont be that bad. unlike a ear piercing they dont just pierce through the skin they take a tiny chunk out because of how much bigger the belly ring is than an earing. also after you get it it hurts for awhile when you accidently hit it against something.

no it doesn't not at all i don't have one but my mom does and my best friend do and they told me it just looks painful but its not. ear piercings hurt worse.

nah, its not bad at all. Just a quick pinch. It hurts less than things like beestings and shots. Oh, and if youre a stomach sleeper, youll have to learn to sleep on your back, which really sucks. And good for you, I think its cool that youre a guy and want it done. :):)

it only hurts for like 30 sec!

when i got mine done i didn't even feel the lady piercing my navel with a needle and then she put the curved bar bell through my skin and i didn't feel anything the clamps wasn't really that bad! it just a big pinch really... some say it hurts a lot, some say it hurts a little and some say it don't hurt at all, it just depends on your pain tolerance!

It's not that painful, just a really quick pinch. It feels like a bee sting..
