Getting a cartilage piercing!?

I'm getting a cartilage piercing next week and I don't want it to ever look trashy or anything, so I'm getting a nice diamond stud.

I was wondering what ear should I get it on?

And should I be worried about anything?

If it was me I would have it in the right ear, people tend to look at people from the right. You do not have to be worried about anything.

You want to make sure that you keep your hair out of it. Like at night, take a clip and clip back the hair that might get into it. Also, make sure that you clean it everyday with either the solution or warm salt water. If you don't and if you don't keep your hair out of it, it could get infected.

i would get the left one done but if you want you can get the right one done or you can get both of them done it just up to you. i think it would look better if you got both of your cartilage done.  they won't look trashy. i used to have 17 when i was in 10th grade and now im 24 and i only have 10 i plan on getting more i just love piercings. Your piercings won't look trashy trust me. the only time they do if you get to many at one time or if you get your hole ear done and all you see if earrings.

ok so i went to the mall with my friend to get her cartilage pierced and she was crying SO much from the pain of her ear! idk why her ear hurt so much but now i'm afraid of getting my cartilage pierced.

Get it in which ever ear you feel like getting it in.

And I suppose really the only think you've got to worry about is an infection.  Just listen to your piercer and follow their cleaning instructions exactly and you should be fine.
