It seems like whenever I go bodysurfing or bodyboarding I get a cramp in my calf or in the back of my thigh when I am riding the wave. While bodyboarding it is typically when I am pulling out or turning and the same thing while bodysurfing... is this normal, and if not what can I do to prevent it... its kinda scary thinking if my body cramps up in the water...any help us mucho appreciated
