Getting a feeling that my sister is gonna back out of the wedding party...?

My sis is MOH and I just have this feeling she is going to back out.She isnt the type to stand in front of alot of people.I asked her to be my MOH because shes my sister,but now I think shes gonna back out.She shows no interest towards the wedding.Should I ask my soon to be Sis in law to be MOH just incase?
