I kind of have a little trouble getting a good nights rest every now and then. I dont think i have insomnia. I can get like 9 hours of sleep, but it takes me a while to get into the sleep.
So if anyone has some tips on how to go to sleep quicker, or some home remedies that help you relax, much appreciated :)
(no sleeping pills or "go see your doctor" answers. I dont have a problem, i just want some ideas for relaxing)
