Getting a good nights rest?

I kind of have a little trouble getting a good nights rest every now and then. I dont think i have insomnia. I can get like 9 hours of sleep, but it takes me a while to get into the sleep.

So if anyone has some tips on how to go to sleep quicker, or some home remedies that help you relax, much appreciated :)

(no sleeping pills or "go see your doctor" answers. I dont have a problem, i just want some ideas for relaxing)

  1. don't try eating sugar pass 8 or 7, that just makes you hipper or have really bad dreams. Try not to take a late nape either. That just makes you "ready for the day". Drink hot milk also, that helps me when i can't sleep. My mom says to count sheep if you want. I hope this helps, but really, try the hot milk! =]


  2. Try stretching or reading a book before you go to bed. It helps me and maybe it will help you too.

  3. Natural remedies include warm milk, melatonin, valerian, 5-HTP and others that you can find in a web search for "natural sleep remedies".

  4. Sleeping pills or go see your doctor :D
