If I am correct you are speaking of a " Kaiser " town in Missouri. According to Missouri State Law, You will have to take a drug test if you are applying as a medical student in a university but as a qualified and licensed doctor, You do not need to undergo drug tests in order for you to work anywhere in the Missouri state.

If you want to be a doctor, you should not have to worry about drug testing.  You SHOULD NOT be doing drug as a doctor.

FYI, they do not do drug screening on job application, but if there is suspicion of drug use, the medical board may ask or require you of drug test.  If you fail, you will lose license to practice medicine.
