Getting a regular problem with BSNL broad band connection?

I am using broadband Rs.750/- plan,

Some times I get problem in connecting the connection with continuous redials with a message phone line busy, and it remains as long as for more than 20 minutes some times.

I am also getting a message that The Local Area Connection ... status: limited or no connectivity, my system is failed to repair it,

  1. What is  Signal To Noise Ratio of your modem? For this, type 192.168.1.1 in IE address bar and give ID & apssword as "admin".

    MInimum rate of SNR for download stream  is 10. If the value is below 10 check the phone line.  


  2. Please check the following:

    a) Locate the ADSL lamp on your modem. Is it glowing?

    b) What is the error number you are getting? If it is 678, then make a note of it.

    With the above information, contact BSNL helpline in your area.

    About the status of limited connectivity, thats not an issue. Once you get connected, it wont be a problem. This is a normal status.

  3. Hey my friend just surrender that sim and get another connection ok your problem will be solved

  4. Go to internet explorer>proprites>Connetion tab chek for never dial optsion>Addvance tab >search for Enable third party extions Take the Right mark(tick mark)Apply went out from properties >Go to icon of Modem connectivity in the task bar doble clik>clik the support tab >

    and Clik repiar tab Now restart it WILL be OK
