Getting a s&m bike?

if i want to get an s&m bike i have to buy a frame and build it myself right? if so where can i get s&m frames and parts from?

It would be easier if you put what country you are in but I'm going to assume your in America. go to www.danscomp.com and then click on frames they should have loads of different frames on there and different parts but i have no idea if they do S & M parts but check it out.
