Getting a second cartilage piercing...?

Question

I've had my ear pierced on the cartilage for about a month, and i wanted to get in done again on the same ear, just below it.

Is this bad to have 2 healing piercings on the same ear?

you should wait until the other one is done healing because you'll have a greater risk for infection and it's gonna hurt pretty bad considering the other one is still fresh and only go to tattoo & piercing shops to get it done where they use needles to do it because I went to Claire's where they use a gun to do it and now I cant even wear a earring in it because it gets irritated really easily and now my cartilage in my ears all effed up forever it sucks

My boyfriend gave me three in each ear and a cartilage a week ago, they are all fine and healing rather quickly, I would say that you can have more than one healing piercing, just because I do, lol, I don't know if Dr's would agree, but 9 out of 10 Dani's agree ... its no biggie.;)

I went threw the piercing faze and can tell you honestly you can get pierced with no problems. I had about 12 piercing in one ear all at different times. You'll be okay.

uhh no i just got two cartilage piercings ( in a thicker spot) and they are both doing well

Nope. i was worried about that to i just asked the ppl who did my first one and they said it was fine.

Not necessarily, If you keep both of them very clean and put rubbing alcohol on it every day then you should be fine. I got my lip pierced twice in one day and that was 3 years ago, and there still fine.

No it's fine, it would be like you got them done at the same time, just keep them clean.
