  1. the law goes after the vehicle owner in a case like this. so tell your sister to stay out of that state,,else she will spend a day or 2 in jail.

They do not extradite for parking tickets so she is safe in Florida.

  2. First off, let me say GOOD. You got booked for doing the wrong thing. I work in a company that employs people with a disability, and I can tell you that the amount of times an inconsiderate A Hole like yourself takes up a park and forces our clients to walk two or three blocks to go to a doctors appointment makes me furious.

Anyway, they will most likely send a reminder or a final demand to the cars owner. They will then have to ring the debt recovery person and tell them that you are responsible and pass your details onto them. Most fines etc come with a stat dec on the back that you can fill out if someone else was responsible for the bill, and they will then chase you for the money.

Dont park there again. They are there for a reason, its to assits people who are less able, not people who are lazy and inconsiderate.

  3. Im glad you got a ticket.

Just think next time, the person who is disabled having to struggle because you are to lazy to walk another 500 yards.

300, it should be a 1000. You might not do it again then.

  4. I wish the fine had been $1000 dollars. There is no excuse for doing that. The warrant will be in vegas.
