I'm taking calculus II in the summer. The class is a joke we only do super easy problems. 15minutes of study/day will net you an A in this class. Don't think calc II suppose to be this easy! What topics should i know well to succeed in EE. My ultimate goal is to be a computer hardware design engineer. Thanks everyone!

Topics in Calc II:

Techniques of Integration

Applications of Integration- Arc Length, Surface area of rev Introduction to Differential equations

Polar coordinates

Series and Sequences

  1. My cal 2 class was also a joke. Didn't study hardly any after the first month and a half and still got a B. Few things you need to know from cal 2 for electrical engineering are

    integration by parts

    partial fractions

    diffrential equations

polar coordinates(although you'll learn double and triple integrals in Cal 3 that use polar coordinates)

    Taylor series/polynomials.
