Getting an Running low on virtual memorie message when i try to play videos online. How can i speed things up?

I have windows vista with highspeed dsl. I tried deleting cookies and internet files but i still get the same message. my comp also got a little sluggish.

You have to many programs running in the background. Turn off your media player, and any non essencials you know of.

your computer probably doesn't have enough memory for windows vista (problem with a loooot of computers)

what you can do is purchase extra memory for your computer at any electronic store, like best buy

you could also use an external hardrive or a flash drive as ready boost (feature only in windows vista

if you don't know what ready boost is, you could google it to find out how to do it

it is very easy
