  1. You are going to throw it out so it doesn't matter if you damage it.

Some people will punch a s***w driver straight through it and turn it that way. Other people use a chisel and hammer to get it to turn.

    Good Luck...

  2. stab a long screwdriver through it and use the screwdriver to turn it. It's messy but works... usually

  3. spray the filter (at the flange) wit some pb buster or liquid wrench  and try  removing    if thats not working (please be careful when doing this) stab the filter with a large screwdiver and remove the filter

  4. i use a oil filter cap and it comes right off with a little push.

  5. take an old fan belt and put a twist loop in it........... slip it over filter  now pull on the end that is over the loop and pull ..... it should spin loose

  6. Take a flat blade s***w driver and place it on the bottom lip of the filter. tap it with a hammer counter clockwise. If that don't do it, punch a hole in the side close to the bottom and pry counter clockwise.

  7. drain all the oil the stick hammer a s***w drive through the filter all the way through out the other side and brake that mug loose. remember righty tighty lefty loosy

  8. that happened to my car. i went to a ford dealer with my honda for an oil change then honda couldn't easily remove the filter the ford dealer put on.  they used a small hammer and banged the side edge down to loosen it.

  9. the old screwdriver through the oil filter trick, never fails.

  10. a large pair of channel lock pliers will also remove it,i usually just drive a screwdriver through the whole thing and turn it that way,it makes a big mess but it has to come off,its easier if you can use a grip tight oil filter wrench on it those will bring it right off, good luck.
