Tell me what you think of this (besides being very shady). 4 of us wanted to book a cruise but one person is 20 yrs old. Carnivals policy requires us to have someone in the room that is 25 yrs old to act as a guardian. What if we just paid an extra $150 to add a person and for say.. a parent.. to come but he/she just happens to not show up. We know we won't get our money back but Carnival is that much cheaper than other cruise lines/we're booking very last minute and are low on options.Do you think this would work? Anyone go on a carnival cruise before and know if your entire room has to check in together? Thanks!
